Order Processing & Handcrafting Time
Every set of MYOB Nails is uniquely handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before the order is dispatched. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the package has been shipped.
Shipping Destinations, Rates & Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping is provided via Canada Post. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order reaches the specified threshold. Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include the production period.
- Canada: $9.99 CAD (Free on orders over $79 CAD) | 3–9 business days
- United States: $14.99 CAD (Free on orders over $99 CAD) | 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: $21.99 CAD (Free on orders over $139 CAD) | 7–21 business days
- Australia: $21.99 CAD (Free on orders over $139 CAD) | 10–25 business days
Other International Destinations
If a specific country is not currently listed at checkout, please contact myobstudioo@gmail.com. Inquiries regarding shipping to other regions are welcome, and arrangements can often be made to accommodate international requests.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MYOB Nails is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to an order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Accuracy & Responsibility
Please ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout. MYOB Nails is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, an additional shipping fee will apply to resend the order.
