Custom Order Guide

At MYOB Nails, we turn your inspirations into reality. To ensure your custom set perfectly reflects your style, please review our streamlined process:

1. High-Value Pricing: $45 CAD Cap

We believe beauty should be accessible and stress-free.

  • Flat Rate Cap: Regardless of the complexity, number of charms, or French tips, the maximum price for any custom set is $45 CAD.
  • Simplicity: No need to count elements or guess the price—get exactly what you want within a clear budget.

2. How to Request a Design

We specialize in recreating and combining styles from your reference photos.

  • Photo-Based Design: Please provide reference images of the styles you like. You can mix and match (e.g., "Thumb from Image A, Middle finger from Image B").
  • Element Communication: If a specific charm or element is unavailable, we will consult with you to offer alternatives before proceeding.
  • Non-Standard Requests: If you require photos of each step during production, please specify in your initial message. Note: Prompt replies are required during step-by-step confirmation to ensure the gel quality and finish.

3. Required Information

To start your order, please send the following via Instagram DM or Email:

  • Nail Shape & Length (e.g., Short Almond)
  • Size (Standard size like Medium, or custom measurements like Left Thumb: 16mm)
  • Style References (Attached images)

4. Timeline & Process

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days after final confirmation (excludes consultation time). This may be longer during peak holiday seasons.
  • Order Link: Once the design is confirmed, we will provide a Custom Order Link with the adjusted price for you to complete the purchase.
  • Final Reveal: A photo of the finished set will be sent to you via your original contact method (IG or Email) before dispatch.

Special Note: For standard sizes (XS/S/M/L), if we are uncertain about perfectly replicating a complex design, we may offer to complete the set first and allow you to view the result before payment.
