1. The "Per-Set" Benefit: Every set you’ve ever purchased from us earns you one complimentary replacement nail credit. We believe in keeping your collection complete and your ritual uninterrupted.

How the Credit Works: For every unique set in your purchase history, you have one free replacement credit. If you need one replacement for each of your different sets, they are all complimentary, regardless of the quantity.
For Multiple Spares (Single Set): If you require more than one replacement for the same set, the first one is our gift to you, and any additional nails for that specific set are available for purchase.

2. Shipping & Orders: * Standard Shipping Policy Applies: Complimentary or purchased replacement nails do not include free shipping. Standard shipping fees apply to all orders unless your total cart value meets our Free Shipping Threshold.

With a New Order: We recommend including replacements with your next full set purchase to combine shipping or to help you reach the free shipping limit.
Standalone Orders: You may order replacements independently at any time; standard shipping fees will apply.

Identify: Send a photo of the original design(s) and circle the specific nails needed.
Details: Provide the required size and shape for each tip.

4. The Handcrafted Nature: Please keep in mind that since each nail is an artisanal creation, minor variations are natural. Because our colors are often custom-blended, a replacement may have a slight tonal difference compared to your original set.
