Handcrafted & Hygiene Standards
Every set of MYOB Nails is uniquely handcrafted to order. Due to strict sanitary reasons and the customized nature of the products, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Once a set has been created or shipped, all sales are final.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests are acceptable within 12 hours of purchase.
- Once production has commenced or the order has been dispatched, cancellations can no longer be processed.
- Note on Fees: Refunds for cancellation requests will incur a 3.65% deduction to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
Sizing & Accuracy
- Sizing: Each set is crafted based on the specific measurements provided at checkout. MYOB Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing orders. Please double-check measurements using the Sizing Guide before finalizing an order.
- Size Correction Policy: Understanding that selecting a perfect fit can be challenging, an exclusive 10% discount is offered for a replacement set with corrected measurements. Please contact support via email to claim this offer.
- Shipping Address: Accuracy of shipping information is the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, an additional shipping fee will apply for resending. Refunds are not available for orders with incorrect addresses.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
While every effort is made toward perfection, oversights can occur. In the rare event that a faulty or incorrect item is received:
- Please send an email to myobstudioo@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Include the order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
- Each case will be reviewed with care, and we will provide a thoughtful solution, such as a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
