• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and customization reasons.
• If you receive a incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for incorrect items upon review.
• We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to misuse, improper application, or wear and tear.
• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.
• If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Clean your natural nails with alcohol to remove oils.
• Select the correct nail size for each finger.
• Apply nail glue or adhesive tabs.
• Press and hold for 20-30 seconds for a secure fit.

Removal:

• Soak in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes, then gently lift the edges.
• Avoid forcefully pulling to prevent damage.

Storage:

• Store used nails in bag/box/nail book to reuse them multiple times.
